Meatloaf!

That's right I said it, MEATLOAF! Why not wrapped this time honored family dinner in bacon? I bet it's great, right? Well, IT IS! One of the great chef's at The Memphis Taproom, Zach Gliwa, made meatloaf wrapped in bacon for staff meal the other night. While it was pretty tasty, I also have to say it was a heart attack waiting to happen. So if you are making this at home I suggest lots of green vegetables to accompany it. Bring on the photos......
